ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Here at Darvis, you will have the ability to work with the team to help drive employee engagement and innovate new ways to help teams collaborate while having fun. You’ll help organize team events, celebrations, and people-centric campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

. Design, build and deliver cultural solutions and Inclusion that enable the delivery of the strategic objectives.

. Plan, develop and implement annual culture/employee engagement plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

. Ability to create a fun work environment and positive culture that reinforces Darvis’ core values and performance and innovation-driven mentality.

. Author or inspire newsletter articles and social communications to share work experiences and achievements

. Be a cheerleader for the team to help maintain a high level of team social interaction

. Collaborating with experts across the business (i.e. rewards and HR) to maximize the impact of their activities on employee engagement and retention.

. Drive participation for hackathons, competitions, campus recruitments, and key innovation events.

. Keep abreast of industry best practices and innovations to continually evolve and implement Darvis’s engagement activities as appropriate & relevant.

. Review the ongoing cultural priorities, initiatives requiring action and focus across the organization

. Develop external networks to facilitate the application of leading-edge cultural practices,

. Establish and build relationships across HR and the business to facilitate the achievement of cultural goals

. Actively seeks feedback on the impact and effectiveness of deliverables to enable an

. environment of continuous improvement across the organization.

. Measure the impact of the culture solutions through Global Engagement Surveys

. To proactively share knowledge with colleagues within the Culture and Inclusion team to ensure overall team development.

. To maintain a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of leading-edge cultural practices

WHAT YOU HAVE

. 3+ years of proven culture/employee engagement relevant work experience

. Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite

. Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.

. Ability to motivate, influence, and persuade at all levels of the organization

. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
