The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage with our customers, managing email databases and creating newsletters. This position will require a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Responsibilities
● Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
● Create and manage email lists and segmentations to ensure messages are targeted and personalized.
● Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
● Email Copywriting.
● Cold Emailing.
● Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
● Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
● Write newsletters including all company updates.
● Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
● Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes.
● Create email databases for lead generation.
● Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
● Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
Requirements and skills
● Proven work experience as an Email marketing manager or Digital marketing specialist.
● Experience in Email Marketing tools.
● Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems.
● Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
● Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
● Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
● Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
● Strong project management skills.
● An ability to work under tight deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in email marketing and sales generation
Skills: Strong knowledge of email marketing and advertising, excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making skills.
