Responsibilities
Maintain and continuously improve company data Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics and all other applicable areas
Establish and maintain a strong understanding of company data hierarchy, structure and relationships, with a clear comprehension of how company data is represented within existing business processes
Fulfil data integrity tasks and projects based on communicated requirements
Perform periodic review of existing and new records ensuring accuracy, quality, and reliability of data by continually keeping data current
Perform periodic data discrepancy corrections within Zoho CRM
Develop and maintain effective and efficient solutions to address data problems and process gaps
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to problems within the organization’s data and provide
Import and update records from various sources to CRM based on requirements provided from external teams
Perform bulk data corrections by way of identifying areas of discrepancy, preparing corrected data files, and importing over existing data
Perform analysis on datasets in Excel, ensuring data received is formatted properly and is accurate, and suitable for Import
Document recurring data integrity tasks to maintain departmental procedures
Work and communicate effectively with other departments including Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Marketing, assessing needs on a case-by-case basis and providing proposed solutions to data integrity concerns
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years working in CRM or ERP environments
A strong comprehension of the value and criticality of organizational data
A strong ability to understand the functions of a SaaS business and how organizational data relates to departmental procedures
A strong ability to analyze company data and use techniques such as complex joins to identify data discrepancies
Very strong attention to detail
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Able to clearly explain processes and steps performed, data analysis findings, and recommendations for improvements
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (with a focus on Excel) and business & reporting applications – CRM, Analytics, SQL, Power BI, etc.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
