Job Description:

Systems Limited looking forward to hire ‘Customer Support Representatives’ for Karachi office. In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience.

 

Responsibilities:

Should have both Voice and Non-Voice experience from Domestic and International markets (Calls, Emails and Chat Support).
Candidate should have experience of working on Helpdesk e.g., Sales Force, Zendesk or Zohodesk.
Good lingual and writing skills. (Fluency in English and Urdu both)
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
 

Requirements:

Must have at least 1–2-year experience from the relevant industry.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage/handle a high influx of calls, emails and chat in order to meet the required SLA.
Candidate should be open to work for any 9 hours of the day as per the requirement of the operations. (Especially for Male staff)
Male staff must have their own conveyance.
