About the role
Answering inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and reaching out to customers for business development.
Advising customers on the best products and services according to their needs.
Qualifying customers and setting appointments.
Escalating customer complaints and providing support as needed.
Exceptional communication skills.
Advanced level English proficiency.
Minimum Bachelors degree.
At least 1-2 years of experience working in an international contact centre environment, handling a high volume of calls.
Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of CRMs.
Highly disciplined and punctual with an uncompromising focus on customer experience.
