TechNerds Inc is immediately hiring a Cold Caller in Lahore, Pakistan office. Cold Caller is responsible for promoting and selling the services portfolio to various customers. All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation as well as a benefits package including health insurance, leave enactment, bonuses, paid leaves, etc. Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:* Must have an American accent.* Organizes daily sales activities through outbound cold calling customer follow-up, and strategic account development.* Generates business through established and approved creative methods of lead generation* Properly utilize software resources including CRM, Office, leads databases, etc. Training will be provided prior to hands-on workstation* Create and professionally present PowerPoint on marketing, training, and selling* Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives* Negotiates prices or terms of sales or service agreements* Calls on prospective customers, masters effective sales presentations, provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and quotes customer-appropriate prices* Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product sales goal is achieved* Responsible for achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of the company’s products or services* Monitors sales against forecasts and determines the objective for gaining market share within the assigned territory* Provides feedback and daily, monthly, and annual reports to the Sales Manager to enhance the profitability of the sales territory* Promotes TechNerds through positive ongoing relationships and activities
