Fresher: (MBA Degree is a must): PKR 60,000 Per Month

1-3 years’ experience: PKR 65,000 Per Month

3 Plus years’ Experience: PKR 70,000 Per Month

You must have MBA degree, your own laptop / computer with high speed internet with high quality audio / video and a quite room to sit and work for 8 hours every day. 5 days working in a week. 12 days vacation. Canadian Pacific Time Zone for working hours.

What You’ll Do:

You will build direct relationships with customers, will work closely with and utilize the selected market sectors like Oil & Gas, Mining, Ports and Marine, Retail, Hospitality, Ecommerce, to identify organizations having projects and people influencing those projects in Canadian territory and beyond. That is the reason you will be working in Pacific Time Zone and will manage all aspects of internet prospecting while using cutting-edge technologies to remotely collaborate with customers utilizing provided training and templates (cloud, services & software). You will be contributing to a team whose objective is to help their customers maximizing their revenue. You will be actively spending time on internet with working from home model among your peers. Our office location is expected to be opened after the pandemic but you will have option to either work from home or be at office. You will accurately report your daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance; driving prospects You’ll be responsible for driving new projects as well as making Account Business Plans based on provided templates as your account base.

Role and Responsibilities

Canadian based PrismTeck Business Development Inc ( is growing their online team at Pakistan and looking for Business Development Specialist to carry out following tasks:  

• Doing Online research using Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and social media sources to identify projects, people and their contact details of assigned accounts / customers. Send them relevant content to pique interest for potential meeting.

• Preparing Account Business Plans.

• Setting up meeting for Field Business Development colleagues. 

• Writing Minutes of Meetings / Call Reports based on inputs from BD team. 

• Ensuring timely and accurate entry into CRM and other templates provided. 

• Develop good understanding of cost/pricing scenarios and prepare proposals.

• Collaborate with our existing teams to assist in completing assigned tasks with the intent of sharing the work load.

• Contribute in the development of technical procedures/documentation for technical teams to follow.

• Research and develop the blog post content for our marketing team. 

• Assist in completing the application forms and sending them to the customers. 

• Professional follow-up with the customers. 

• Assist in developing project plans with proper timelines with accurate progress tracking.

• Support our online business activities such as product research, order fulfilments tasks and updates to customers.

• Be prepared to take one ad hoc tasks to meet deadline for the customers 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

MBA or equal education. 

Preferred Skills

1. Technical skills (i.e. computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Microsoft Office Suite)

2. Understanding of online tools for use in lead sourcing

3. Strong attention to detail

4. Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written and oral). 

5. Organization, planning and persistency skills

6. Strong work ethic along with professional, proactive demeanor

7. Quality of Delivery – Work should be accurate, consistent, timely and thorough
