Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Business Development Officer to expand our services division. 

What you will be doing; 

Researching and expanding our database by identifying key business prospects from the potential customer networks and new markets.
Generating new business by contacting potential decision makers and finding those that are a fit for our services.
Making cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn and networking within our existing database to identify prospective customers.
Lead generation using different strategies and harnessing multiple tools and channels.
Interacting with new and existing clients using e-mails, phone, Skype and web conferencing.
Maintaining the CRM for effective sales and marketing strategies.

What we are looking for:

A minimum experience of fresh to 1 year in outbound sales for software industry.
A self-starter, self-learner and self-motivated individual.
Able to communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
Must be able to write exceptional business proposals and cover letters.
Must be able to negotiate with clients and close deals.
Creative and out of the box thinker in the sales and marketing context.
Must be able to understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
Hands on experience with popular CRM software and tools.
Must be able to understand basic software development paradigms and terminologies.
A bachelors degree in Business Administration with specialization in sales and marketing from a reputed institution.
