Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
Perform market researches to understand market requirements and initiate/design/support product development.
Conduct Product Pricing Analysis, Competitive Scan and Product Profitability Analysis.
Assist in preparing Policies / Manuals / SOPs / Circulars / Minutes / User Guides / ALCO Approvals / Management Approvals for Lending, Deposit, Banca and Digital Products in coordination with respective teams.
Conduct Customer Engagement Activities and Customer Surveys to improve products, services and bring efficiency in processes.
Assist in training Sales staff on the products, policies, procedures, changes, etc.
Facilitate branch users to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently.
Resolve, Support, Facilitate, Coordinate for Branch issues / queries with respect to Products within stipulated timelines.
Perform required actions (reports/forms/correspondence) to remain in compliant with SBP/Regulator guidelines and requirements.
Document and maintain records for all related activities.

Job Requirement:
Total banking experience of 5 years or more with 2-3 years of Research / Product Development. Must be well versed with Product Development Process flows.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution.
MBA will be preferable.
Good understanding on microfinance industry.

Essential Skills:
Good knowledge of Banking Procedures, Policies & Products.
Well versed with SBP regulations.
Previous Research and Product Development experience.

Desired Skills:
Have the ability to work independently.
Good analytical, Communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage activities timely.
