Job description:Create and improve HR processes and policies including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, and diversity/equity/inclusionPreparing job descriptions, posting openings, and interviewing candidates for positions within the companyParticipating in hiring decisions by reviewing resumes and interview notes for each candidateRecruiting and hiring new employees by conducting job interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate qualifications, and creating job postings on company websitesBuild collaborative and productive working relationshipsCoach Managers on tactical HR processes as well as interventions involving leadership development and change management.Lead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibilityBuilds internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, acts as an ally, on boards new hires, connects people, collaborates well, drives inclusion)Curate a great employee experience – recognizing team members for their hard work and celebrating big milestones.Profile Required:Two years of related experience is requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills – you will be communicating with everyone from employees, to facility managers, to prospects and candidates).
