Role Purpose & Context:

This role is primarily responsible for providing support for financial reporting, IFRS compliance and other accounting & reporting activities while ensuring smooth functioning of tax matters.


Liaison with tax consultants for Filing of income tax, sales tax and withholding tax returns.
Receivables management. (Ensure timely sending of invoices to customers, compliance with receivables agreements and G/L entries in ERP)
Compliance with SECP and SBP regulations on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Providing vendors with tax certificates as and when required
Act as treasury for interbank funds movement and recording G/L entries on a daily basis
Assist with weekly settlement of funds between FPL and Finja Lending
Ensure accuracy of trial balance and prepare draft financial statements



Articles completed from Big 3 with post qualified experience of 1-2 Years in banking/fintech industry
CA Finalist/ACCA Qualified
Strong working knowledge and command of IFRS
