Work as a key team player in developing and implementing B2B business development growth strategies, including evaluating market dynamics, tracking service line performance, and gathering competitive intelligence to support strategic direction of the organization.
Develop plans with the department management to support new business efforts by identifying, prospecting and taking on-board new accounts/ clients to cater to their healthcare needs.
Well versed with the policies and industry practices to lead collaborative partnerships with physicians, community-based facilities, and employers that result in effective referral patterns, RFPs and care coordination.
Ability to generate analysis and insight based on the data along with tracking monthly/ quarterly KPIs
Create business proposals and conduct presentations to effectively position the services portfolio to expand the partnerships to new opportunities
Manage and develop long term relationships with new and prospective clients to achieve revenue targets by ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services solutions. Reviewing additions in services entitlements by the panel companies
Negotiate timelines, payment cycles and budgeting with the clients. Negotiating rate revisions with the panel companies and necessary approvals annually
Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, etc
Hands-on experience and proficiency of using Business Intelligence and Analytical tools/ CRM is a plus
BBA / MBA / M. Com or any other relevant degree.
6 Years – 8 Years (preferably in healthcare industry)
