Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Manage Business functional support for 205 branches, Responsible for Production & Disaster Recovery environments of the Core Banking System (CBS) / T24 (AA).
Responsible for Data Extraction for internal/External audit and bank teams. Responsible to perform all operational activities related to CBS Backups (Pre & Post) / patch deployment and closing of business on production system.
Provide support to the end-users with respect to CBS-T24 AA day to day country-wide operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve the issues facing during the COB activity.
Setting-up T24 System Calendar for the year and marking the HOLIDAYS.
Deploy assigned software components and ability to resolve the issues on LIVE.
Process routines for the extraction of data from CBS system to fulfil business & Regulatory requirement.
Should able to deploy/resolve package of any update and deployment to Production (BCON).
Actively participate in resolving CBS (T24 AA-Application) & T24 reports problems in a timely manner.
Monitoring Cash IN/Cash OUT, error handling, troubleshooting & performance tuning.
Responsible time to time optimization and tweaking requirement on T24 and Linux.
Optimization and performance tuning of Core Banking Application.
Have understanding of communication with Partner and Temenos HD in resolving issues.
Must maintain the documentation of SOP for Production system.
Uploading the files required by business (FBR Filer/Non-Filer, Tax rates etc.)
Responsible to prepare incident-report of any unforeseen issues for LM/HOD review and approval and keep that document for Audit purpose.
Maintain downtime statistics and reports.
Ensuring Change Management process is adhered.
Ensure that Information Security Policies are adhered.

Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or other relevant field, however Master’s degree will be preferable.
4 to 5 years of experience on working on core banking system.
Strong Knowledge of oracle database and SQL required.

Essential Skills:
Have knowledge/experience of COB/End of Day Process.
Have administration knowledge of Core Banking system.
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting of COB.
Have knowledge of operational support and resolution of issues on production system.
Have good verbal and written communication skills and documentation.
Aware of Incident and Change Management best practices.

Desired Skills:
Assist line manager in creating and implementing a strategic plan to improve supportability of the infrastructure.
Manage and ensure changes are processed through Change Management Procedure.
Address and close audit findings/observations within the give timelines.
Effective communication skills between branch users and teams. Able to work under pressure and shift based whenever required.
