IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Responsible for supporting business development for BPO. which includes but not limited to the following:
Sales lead generation.
Prospecting and Cold Calling.
Administratively managing existing accounts where required.
Preparing draft copy for proposals and business Case.
Coordination with internal departments to complete the deal cycle.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT?
Identify and develop new business leads and convert them to opportunities.
Account Management and follow up with existing clients as and when required by management.
Prepare necessary documents and presentations for lead nurturing and deal closure.
Maintain payments details for each client.
Assist in preparation of Business Cases for BPO projects.
Assist the in the Manager Business Development development in monitoring of related CS project plans.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Preferably MBA from a reputable university.
Should be updated BPO projects related information.
Should have knowledge of BPO Market and trends.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
