Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping all the company’s financial transactions into organized accounts on a daily basis
Preparation of all cheques and vouchers and managing petty cash
Preparing bank reconciliation statement
Handling vendor management tasks i.e. invoicing, providing quotations, having updated knowledge of local taxation systems (both withholding taxes and goods and services taxes)
Handling all finance related queries regarding advance policies and overtimes
Be apt at inventory management, as well as, oversee company purchases and costing
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in Accounting, Business and/or Finance of any reputable university
Minimum 1 year experience in accounting
Quick books, Peachtree & MS Office
Shift Time – 12.00 PM TO 9.00 PM
