Position Title: Assistant Capability (L&D) Manager

Job Purpose

The position which is part of the CD Excellence team is responsible for (but not limited to) playing a central role in the strategy ownership & development of current & future Learning Journey for every managerial layer & classification within CD, while crafting & ensuring delivery of fast-paced, on-going, simultaneous, multi-stream interventions across the CD organization. This will often demand not just the development, but also end-to-end arrangement followed by personal & solo delivery of frontline Sales Trainings (centred in hardcore Sales Fundamentals) at Sales Offices & Distributions across Pakistan. A key deliverable of this role will lie in applying a methodical & objective lens to the entire CD Learning agenda via collection & presentation of analytics, creating frameworks, understanding competency & learning trends, pre-post assessments, landing surveys and gauging insights with each plan & intervention in a timely fashion. You’ll be required to create & maintain a continuous burning platform around the CD Learning Agenda, the Capability Team itself, regular hype generation, follow-ups, effective Activation of our work internally & externally via different methods & media which will also require timely capturing of all interventions in creative & relay-able ways.

What Is Expected Of You

Ability to appreciate & create Learning Paths and Developmental Plans
Experience in developing and leveraging Competency Frameworks
Granular Budgeting + singlehanded Project & Campaign Management acumen
High level of 1st-hand Digital Savviness and ease with Business Analytics Tools
A knack for Academic as well as Engagement-based Content Development, inclusive of Videography & Editing
Comfort with remote, pan-Pakistan travelling for a major part of your time

Qualifications & Experience

Academics: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, preferably under an HR discipline

Experience: 3 to 4 years of OD OR Learning Management role, OR demonstrable FMCG Field Sales (+ Strategy) background
