Job Description:


At least two (2) years of experience in Project Coordination/Management.


• BS/BE (CS, EE, TE)

• Effective interpersonal skills, possessing the confidence to build relationships with all levels of stakeholder

• Be a self-starter, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude

• Excellent presentation and analytical skills, can covert raw data into a presentation

• Knowing project management methodology

• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Project resource data, ensure that the data is kept updated daily.

• Take charge in preparation of reports, documents, and business presentations.

• Support to enforce adherence of PMO processes and procedures.

• Reviewing the status of tasks and projects to ensure they are progressing according to schedule

• Communicating with stakeholders to discuss project details and to obtain information regarding their needs

• Coordinating with stakeholder to monitor progress on projects and tasks, providing assistance when needed

• Assisting senior staff with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining databases

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met

• Maintaining files of records related to projects, including business requirement documents, solution document, meeting notes and correspondence

• Document lessons learned from projects and archive them for future projects.

• Develop Project related reports and dashboards on reporting tools.

• Prepare the documentation of meeting minutes related to the specific project meetings and ensure circulating it to all related/concerned stakeholders.

• Co-ordinate, expedite and report all activities related to the project development phases.

• Assist the PMO Manager for all periodical status meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.)

• Responsible for all communication coordination related to the PMO dept. with all department functions.
