Looking for an administrative associate who is the first point of contact for all customers of the business.


Responsibilities include:

• Managing and answering queries of all stakeholders: students, parents and schools

• Manage day-to-day tasks: data of students’ attendance, progress report and share with various stakeholders

• Upload and manage data on our EdTech platform


Requirements and skills

• Proficient in English (oral and written)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Customer service orientation

• High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
