About the roles
Act as a single point of contact between the client company and their customers
Ensure the highest service standards, meet changing requirements and situational demands of customers
Identify new growth opportunities through outbound prospecting using various channels including phone, email, and Linkedin Sales Navigator
Deliver online product or service demonstrations
Assist clients with onboarding and account set-up
Min bachelors degree in Business or related field from a top-tier institute
At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A knack for developing and maintaining outstanding customer relationships.
Previous account management experience in the SaaS or digital marketing industry would be desirable
