Assist in formulating the company’s future direction through providing input on the company’s business plan, financial and tax strategies, and forecasting • Develop performance metrics that are linked with the company’s strategic goals to drive success • Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team and CEO through commercial analysis of data and financial performance • Manage and supervise departments such as inventory and procurement and manage negotiation process • Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations/ branches and its consolidation • Look after the company's day-to-day financial operations and transaction processing systems. • Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions • Keep track of cash levels and predictions, as well as arrange funding and make investment decisions. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the company’s operations. • Report financial results to the board of directors and investors; report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors; address queries and provide financial insights for decision-making • Maintain relationship with the financial institution for Trade finance, Facilities, etc. • Providing commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to achieve, and exceed on business plan targets • Building and mentoring a lean team of high performers, set performance goals, provide training and foster a collaborative work environment • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Stay updated on relevant financial policies and guidelines and implement necessary changes. • Supervise and collaborate with third-party tax consultants to ensure appropriate tax advice. • Develop and implement financial policies for key departments, aligning them with the organization's overall goals.
